Arnott’s Tim Tam is celebrating their 60th birthday! To share this magical milestone with Tim Tam fans who have indulged over the years, Tim Tam are sharing their birthday presents with you!

During the promotional period, Arnott’s Tim Tam is giving consumers the chance to win a $10,000 Diamond every week (9 to be won) and Instant Win prizes of a $20 VISA iGoDirect digital gift card (up to 50,000 to be won). Those who purchase from Woolworths also have a chance to win a $1,000 Woolworths e-Gift Card every week (9 to be won).  

The Promotional Period commences at 12:00am AEST on 01/07/2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 01/09/2024.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter,   participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any packet of Arnott’s Tim Tam biscuits from any participating retail outlet during the Promotional Period.

To enter the promotion, individuals must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:

• visit  www.timtam60thbirthday.com.au and follow the prompts to the entry page; 

• input the requested details (including full name, email address, mobile phone number for the Qualifying Transaction);

• upload a copy of their purchase receipt clearly showing where the Qualifying Transaction was made, the Eligible Product purchased and the date of purchase; and 

• submit the fully completed entry form. 

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

• only one (1) entry is permitted per transaction (regardless of the number of eligible products made in a qualifying purchase in excess of 1);

• each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and

• only three (3) entries are permitted per person per calendar day of the Promotional Period.

There are three types of prizes available to be won.

Instant Win Prize:

• 1 x $20 VISA iGoDirect digital gift card (up to 50,000 in total). The Gift Card has full tap and pay capability and is accepted anywhere VISA is accepted. In order to activate the Gift Card, you must: a) Have a mobile device which supports Apple Pay or Google Pay; b) Be in Australia with location services enabled on your mobile device; c) Download the True Rewards App, create a membership and accept the terms and conditions of the True Rewards App; and d) Agree to any applicable terms of use, privacy policy and/or any other terms of Apple Pay or Google Pay. Woolworths Exclusive Prize:

• 1x $1,000 Woolworths e-Gift Card (9 in total). The Gift Card is redeemable instore and online at any Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Metro. Redemption of a Woolworths e-Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Woolworths e-Gift Card. Major Prize:

• Winners' choice of a Diamond or Diamond jewellery from Cerrone up to the maximum value of $10,000 (9 in total). Major Prize winners will receive the following: 

  • A consultation with a Cerrone jeweller, either in person or online, depending on the Winner’s location;

  • Their choice of diamond cut from the range of Cerrone diamonds supplied including round, oval, emerald cut, square and cushion;

  • Their choice of setting for the diamond from a range of 3 x ring designs and 3 x pendant designs; and

  • Their choice of gold for the setting.

Instant Win Prize:

The Gift Cards are valid for 12 months, as advertised on the Gift Card and in the email containing the Gift Card, and will expire on the date indicated on the face of the Gift Card as shown in the True Rewards App.  Redemption of a Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions of the True Rewards App which are available at:  https://truerewards.com.au/visa-gift-card-terms/

Woolworths Exclusive Prize:

The Woolworths eGift Card does not expire. 

No, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

No, prizes are not reloadable. The VISA iGoDirect digital gift card is valid for the period specified on your card and cannot be used after expiry. At expiry, the remaining available balance will be forfeited. We will not give you any notice before this happens. The Woolworths e-Gift card does not expire. 

After successfully completing the online entry form, entrants will receive an online message and email acknowledging their entry and informing them if they are a provisional winner of an instant prize. Once instant winners are verified (within 5 business days), winners will receive their prize via email. Woolworths Exclusive Prize winners and Major Prize winners will be notified via email within 2 business days of the relevant Weekly Draw. All winners are subject to verification in accordance with the promotion Terms and Conditions.

If we’re unable to successfully validate your entry, we’ll notify you via email. You will receive this email within 5 business days of your entry submission if you’re a Provisional Instant Winner, and within 2 business days if you’re a Provisional Winner of the Weekly Major Prize and Woolworths Exclusive Prize. Please reply to the email with an image of your receipt ensuring all required information is clear, legible and meets the eligibility criteria. If we do not hear from you by 15/09/2024, your prize will be forfeited and redrawn on 01/10/2024. 

Winners of a Weekly Major Prize and Woolworths Exclusive Prize will have their names published online at timtam60thbirthday.com.au/winners weekly from 10/07/2024.
